Just a quick note to say I got the 135 back today. Delighted with it. The manual is on another level, I really like the short shift actually. With the DGS and there being 8 ratios it was always just a little aloof, I always felt I was a gear too high or a gear too low right when it mattered. It’s all the old cliches but a manual really does make all the difference, you get to really drive the car now and appreciate the other upgrades much more as a package.
We bought our M140i because this is the last manual non-M car!
It's to be kept by Birds as a landmark in the history of BMW drivers' cars. It represents the pinnacle of BMW’s endeavours since the 1970s to create the ultimate driving machine. In our opinion, the disappearance of the true drivers' car is a consequence of a hugely misguided emissions strategy for the motor industry, and we think no cars built since 2019 will have the attributes required by those of us who enjoy driving.

Just wanted to let you know, that i received the finale drive and everything went down perfectly. Fast shipping i must say, thank you for that.
Also i want to say i'm very pleased and surpriced of how it does transform the cars behavior.. You wonder why, bmw didnt mount a quaife in it from the production line.
Well, thanks for sorting me out, i will recommend people here in Denmark to do business with you guys, if they ever need a diff or something like that.

Grip unlocked, the Quaife has totally transformed the way the car feels.
Before the diff was fitted, hard acceleration in Sport+ resulted in the car waggling the back end all the way down the road with the traction control trying to keep the car in a straight line. Now the Quaife is fitted, same conditions but with DSC off, the car just accelerates straight as die with the only real drama being that you approach things a lot faster!

I just wanted to say that the B-Series Sport Suspension Kit which you installed on my M140i has transformed the overall handling in all departments. A great success! I am enclosing £3.50 being the change I forgot to return to you for the taxi to Windsor.

Hi Kevin and team.
Just thought that I would let you know that I am delighted with the work carried out by you last month.The car is a pleasure to drive now especially on longer journeys and I really don't know how you've balanced the comfort level with me still being able to corner with ease and gain a lot more stability!Genius.I think those dampers react really quickly individually to pot holes and irregularities in the road surfaces to make a great ride!I will now have to save up for a brake upgrade...........
