Just wanted to say thanks to you and the team at Birds for dealing with me and the car so well yesterday. Having been up at 3am in order to ensure I was with you by 8.30am having travelled down from Rochdale, you and the guys understood my need to be back home that night at costs as I cannot leave my wife on her own overnight for medical reasons. The technician did a great job to have me back on my way home with the job complete by 5pm. Amazingly I was home at 8.15pm (on the same day!)

The ride is really good. The general poise of the car is better and the car still takes bumps pretty well. The ride height change has not only dramatically changed the appearance but it has also made you feel in the right position when in the drivers seat. I'd say overall the car now feels like its somewhere between 'comfort' and 'sport' setting all the time. Hitting 'sport mode' still affects the ride as well as the engine response.

Thank you very much - first impressions are totally as you said, a completely different machine! The suspension is much more compliant whilst remaining sporty and the steering has completely lost the sense of vagueness it sometimes had. It inspires a lot more confidence.
